  • We may also use contact metadata (e.g., call frequency, labels) for product improvement and marketing purposes (see section 4).

  • Incoming/outgoing call timestamps
  • Caller phone numbers
  • Whether a call was flagged as spam or escalated
  • Device type, OS version, and anonymized diagnostics

c. Voice Interactions (if applicable)

If our AI assistant engages with a caller on your behalf, that voice interaction may be temporarily recorded or transcribed for call screening purposes and deleted shortly after unless explicitly saved.

We use the information we collect to:

  • Identify and block spam or robocalls
  • Screen unknown callers using AI
  • Provide voicemail-like summaries of missed calls
  • Improve our algorithms and app performance
